Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PSN Sporting Goods. If you're not happy with your order, please review the following return and refund guidelines:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at psn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was received.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
